Q. What Technical Assistance (TA) is available through Paving the Way?

TA services, anticipated to commence in the new year, will include:

  • Tailored Services: direct, individualized (tailored) services including those related to outreach marketing, and financial, administrative and program planning
  • Constituency Services: peer support and coaching and peer-focused events
  • Universal Services: live webinars and related tools and resources

Q. Who can apply for technical assistance?
State, territorial, and eligible tribes who receive IV-E funding are eligible for technical assistance. Up to 14 agencies will be chosen for in-depth assistance. Applicants will be chosen based on their readiness to implement a program within the next 10 months with the expectation of producing measurable outcomes.

Q. What happens after a TA request is submitted?
Requests for TA will be followed by an exploratory conversation. Review of the request and subsequent discussion may take up to 14 business days of initial receipt.
